Auctionate World
An auction marketplace I built and run: sellers list an item and set their own terms, buyers bid or buy now, and organisations can run their own branded auction house inside it.

The Challenge
Most people and small organisations have nowhere simple to run an auction. The options are usually a plain listing page with no bidding, or a heavyweight system built for one large auction house.
What I Built
I built a marketplace where a seller uploads photos, describes the item, sets a starting price, duration and shipping terms, then watches bids arrive and gets paid through the platform. Buyers browse a catalog, bid in live auctions or use Buy Now. On top of that sit member-run community groups that vote on their own rules, a rewards system for regular bidders, and a white-label route so an organisation can start its own branded auction house instead of commissioning a separate build.
Useful Features
- Sellers list an item and set price, duration and shipping
- Buyers bid in live auctions or buy instantly
- Member-run communities that vote on their own rules
- White-label auction houses for organisations
A Closer Look
- Browsing without an account
- The catalog, vehicles and community pages are open to anyone. Signing in is only needed for messaging, rewards and listing an item.
- Communities and rewards
- Community groups are member-run, with votes on their rules and listings inside the group, and signed-in members earn rewards. Both are early — the public pages can show no live groups or shows yet.
- Auction houses without a new build
- An organisation can start a branded auction platform through an onboarding flow, rather than paying for a bespoke system.
My Role
I designed and built the platform — the marketplace, seller flow, community and rewards features, and the public site.
Status · Live
My own product, not a client build. Publicly available at auctionateworld.com and open to sign up. The platform is live while the catalog is still early, and the marketplace figures the site publishes are not verified here.
