The Challenge

A tourism business needs guests to be able to book a tour, a stay or an event with confidence, while the owner keeps one calendar they can actually trust.

What I Built

I built a booking-engine platform for Caribbean tourism businesses, combining public tour, stay and event listing pages with real booking flows and owner-side management tools.

A Closer Look

One calendar for every reservation

Day, week and list views bring tours, stays and ticketed events into a single timeline, with guest counts and payment status. Reschedule and cancellation requests sit alongside them for one-click review.

Requests stay pending until you confirm

New bookings wait in a pending state until the owner confirms, and capacity is checked live against boats, rooms and ticket tiers, so guests only see dates and times that are genuinely open.

Listing forms that match the offering

A tour form asks for duration, departure times, per-trip or per-guest pricing and capacity; a stay form handles nightly rates, minimum and maximum nights and blackout dates; an event form takes a fixed date, total capacity and ticket tiers.

Guests can change their own bookings

A guest booking area lets visitors reschedule, adjust guest counts or cancel, with reference numbers and confirmation emails prepared automatically. Email delivery has not been independently verified.

I designed and built the booking platform, from the guest-facing booking flows to the owner dashboard.
