The Challenge

A local repair shop needs more than a brochure page: customers should be able to book service, request quotes and leave reviews without phone tag.

What I Built

I built a full shop website with guided appointment booking, vehicle-based quote requests, a review-capture flow and an admin dashboard for managing customers and feedback.

Useful Features

  • Guided appointment booking with available time slots
  • Quote requests with vehicle details
  • Customer review capture and Google review connection
  • Admin dashboard for customers, reviews and workflow

A Closer Look

Reviews routed by rating
The review-capture flow automatically forwards four- and five-star reviews toward Google while keeping lower ratings as private feedback for the shop. Review delivery to Google depends on the connected service and has not been independently verified.
Booking built around real shop hours
The multi-step booking flow offers service types and available time slots based on the shop's actual opening hours, including the midday break, rather than a generic contact form.
Back-office connections
The reviewed build includes an admin dashboard with customer filtering and accounting-software connection screens. Live accounting synchronisation has not been independently verified.

My Role

I designed and built the website, booking and quote flows, review capture and the admin experience.
