ReviewMyBiz
A review-collection product I built and run: ask customers for reviews over WhatsApp, email or Telegram, and let them choose where to post.

The Challenge
Most happy customers never leave a review because nobody asks at the right moment, and chasing customers by hand feels awkward for a small business.
What I Built
I built a multi-platform review-request system. A business adds a customer, ReviewMyBiz sends a friendly request over WhatsApp with email as backup, or through a Telegram bot, and the customer chooses Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot or Amazon. Feedback below a chosen threshold goes to a private form first, follow-ups run on a set schedule, replies land in one inbox, and an embeddable widget shows verified reviews on the business’s own site.
Useful Features
- Review requests over WhatsApp, email or Telegram
- Customers choose their own review platform
- Low ratings routed to private feedback first
- Bilingual templates, follow-ups and a website reviews widget
A Closer Look
- Requests where customers already are
- WhatsApp is the main channel with email as backup, and a Telegram bot can send requests without the customer sharing a phone number. Delivery depends on the connected messaging services.
- One inbox, one view of what happened
- Replies and delivery status sit in the same dashboard, and reviewer rewards can be sent once a review is verified.
- No testimonials on the product site
- The public site explains how the product works instead of publishing client testimonials, and this page repeats that choice: no business results are claimed here.
My Role
I designed and built the product end to end — messaging flows, dashboard, integrations and the public site.
